Kök Accelerator programs may be developed around a specific geography, value chain or corporate challenge. Each program is tailored to the needs of participating partners and may include technology scouting, startup selection, business and technical assessment, pilot development, mentoring, market-access support and investment-readiness activities.

Fieldworks is a cross-border innovation and commercialization platform developed by Kök Projekt and Oxentia, connecting Europe with Latin America through practical collaboration across food and agricultural value chains.
Based in Madrid, Fieldworks is initially focused on the fruit and fresh-produce sector, where complementary growing seasons, shared production challenges and increasingly international supply chains create natural opportunities for collaboration between Spain, Europe and Latin America.
The program connects corporates with technologies addressing real challenges across cultivation, post-harvest management, quality, logistics, forecasting, traceability and commercialization.
Fieldworks is designed around a pilot-first approach: identifying relevant technologies, matching them with industry needs and creating pathways toward validation, commercial partnerships and international market entry.

Scaling innovation across Central and Eastern Europe.
Kök Accelerator CEE is a regional innovation and commercialization platform designed to connect technologies with the agricultural, food, water and climate-related needs of Central and Eastern Europe.
Based in Budapest, the program brings together startups, corporates, investors and institutions from across the region to support the validation and deployment of technologies addressing some of CEE’s most important industrial and environmental challenges.
Rather than treating CEE as a single market, the program works across the region’s diverse agricultural systems, industrial capabilities and corporate ecosystems to identify where technologies can create the strongest commercial and operational value.
